always crash after the race - GRID LEGENDS

im frustrated finding the solve of this game, and its been 2 years. my game always crash after race whether it is an Online Races or Offline Races. i stopped playing this game last year to see If this would be get fixed sooner. but in this year (2024) the issue its still there. I don't know where I can find the solution of this game, I tried every single solution like, everything but still got no clue of this issue.
