cannot choose anything but keyboard input

In set up I cannot select anything but keyboard for input. It sees my wheelbase and pedals and handbrake with exclamation points next to them. I cannot uncheck keyboard or select any wheel or wheelbase,  pedals or peripherals.  How do I fix this?
