When I click on the "Play" button, run for 5 seconds and the "play" button lights up again. I can't launch the game. I did all the checks and changed systems, disks, changed everything.
@silon_ua Are you already logged into Origin as well as Steam? If so logout of Origin and then in windows task manager close everything Origin / EAHelper etc & try again so that it 'may' force steam to open the thin client for GL.
@DJ_Englishman Thanks for the advice, I don't have Origin installed since I bought the game from steam. But even after installing Origin, I don't see it there in the library.

@silon_ua That's not right. You should at the very least see:
...you even get a little download arrow that triggers steam for your favourite games! I'd suggest re-doing linking whilst you wait for support to reply to your ticket. Go here (logout if necessary) and login using the dedicated steam button; https://help.ea.com/en/
@DJ_EnglishmanI increasingly see that they write "launch" is not possible due to the type of processor. Tried to launch Rage 2 and it doesn't launch in the same way. Apparently if I want to run the game, I need to change the processor. I have G4620
