How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to fulfill the task - Yume Tanaka should finish 1st, you should finish 2nd.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have finished 1st and won the race. When I tried to play the race again, to complete the task, I fulfilled the condition exactly, but the task still shows as not fulfilled.
What do you expect to see? Task completed, when the conditions are fulfilled.

I have finished 1st and won final race in the story. When I tried to play the race again, to complete the 2nd task (finished 2nd after Yume), I fulfilled the condition exactly, but the task still shows as not fulfilled.
