Grid Legends - Black Screen on Launch

I just installed this game start it, get a black screen at launch then the black screen disappears then I am back in EA Origin \: The game crashes before i can see any welcome screen.

Every time i launch the game i get a black screen for 2 sec and then it crashes to desktop without warning.
I run windows 11 all drivers are up to date. I've tried installing the game twice on two different drives.
My specs are:
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 ROG Strix OC
CPU: Intel Core i7-8086K Limited Edition
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 3200MHz 32GB

@ixferrari458xi Have you tried running a repair/verify depending on the platform you play from?- @EA_Illium Yes i've tried several times, I have the game on steam

Hi @ixferrari458xi Can you try putting the device in a Clean Boot and launching Grid without anything else running to see if this continues? If so could we get a DxDiag?

- @EA_Illium Windows 10 here and just downloaded todays update and same thing still happens
