Grid Legends - Black Screen on Launch

Hi There, I just installed this game start it, get a black screen at launch then the black screen disappears then I am back in EA Origin \: The game crashes before i can see any welcome screen. ...

Hi @Terrorsatanous @ixferrari458xi Thanks for trying these steps, I've shared this with the team to be aware of. If I get additional information I can share it here. 

For anyone else who may encounter this issue, would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

p.s. I merged two threads together, tagging @AVeryNiceGuy @HSMahou @DesNukem If you could try the additional steps I posted previously and share dxdiag's if nothing seems to make a difference.

Do all steps, updated GL from steam but nothing changed. It wants avx and i can't give it to the app, cause i haven't any)))

    @HSMahou This should be the reason your running into the black screen then, AVX is needed for the game to run. I wasn't aware the Xeon process did not come with support for it. In this case, we wouldn't be able to get the game to run on your system.
