We're looking into it our side but if you could try turning off the Origin overlay and also sharing some details from the client logs, that would be great. Details about that here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/how-to-use-origin-error-reporting/
I turned off Origin Overlay and it didn't help.

Try to disable Discord overlay or any other overlay that you might use. Origin overlay is compatible with this game, so that's not it.
I have the same XEON-processor and exacly the same problem.
Seems to be an cpu-incompatibilty 😞
