I have claimed Grid Legends from Amazon gaming today. Linking Amazon gaming and Origin/EA account was successful but the game still is not showing in my game library.
I contacted Amazon gaming and we ran some troubleshooting that did not solve the issue.
I have opened a case on EA help, I am still waiting for the reply.
If you guys have any ideas that would be helpful.
have claimed the free Grid legends, Need for Speed heat and Mass Effect from Amazon gaming today. Grid legends and Need For Speed Heat is not showing in my library only Mass Effect is showing

The teams are currently investigating games acquired via Amazon Gaming not showing up via the EA App.

Grid Legends is now in my library and I am downloading.
I am sure if you guys check now, you will possibly see the game(s) in your library or they should show up a bit later. See attached screenshot.
