Finally After more than a month of chatting with EA Help they finally held up there deal and have manually added the three games to my account. What i have learned here is that EA is a hit and miss with who can help you and who cant or doesn't want to as everyone i chatted with had the same information. EA needs to work on there costumer service it is very bad right now as it takes over a month for me to get the games i should have had like a month ago.
Im also stuck with this issue now. Lets see how long it will take them to resolve the issue
