Hi Everyone,
I've finally got a response on Twitter from a guy called John at EA Help. I've given him all the relevant details and he's now investigating the issue.
Hopefully, he'll get us back online racing soon.
I'll keep you all posted of developments.

@Rosie_272 I did the same, had to make a Twitter and everything. Managed to get ahold of an EA help desk person named Axon, I provided relevant details and he said he'd do everything in his power to pass the information along to the relevant parties. This was at around 3:30am east coast time.
Now hopefully the devs can get to work on a fix ASAP because if we have to wait another whole day I'd start worrying about whether there will even be a multiplayer scene when it comes back. The game was was already practically on life support, with overall player counts dipping below 100 on some nights (and only about half that number actually race online).

"Thanks for the update. We have received a lot of reports regarding this and as such, the Game Team is currently looking into this. We would not have any information on timeframes for this to be addressed, but hopefully soon. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Have a great day. -John"
I also got this invite from EA Help:-
"At EA, we strive to provide you with the world's best customer experience for the world's best games. We’d appreciate your feedback on your recent experience with support on Twitter".
Needless to say, I gave them a good piece of my mind.
Perhaps all the many other frustrated EA customers should do the same.

- 3 years ago@quitxpectingfvrz - No, sorry Fred nothing positive. The latest from EA is that .... "It's possibly due to some tool and App migrations that are happening on our back end, and hopefully, the Codemasters Team can find a fix for it very soon".
