I have this problem too. I bought yesterday EA Play (via Steam) just for GRID and I cant play online. I lost access to the service I pay for and I doubt that EA will add me these lost days...
Absolutely correct, they won't reimburse the people who keep the company alive paying for the games and the service. The company's loss is our loss and our loss is our loss. If they had to reimburse us for there down time and issues,I would bet there would be less down time and issues or they would be quickly addressed. For someone reason no accountability....
