Hi guys! Nothing changed on grid online…stil not working 😫…do you know guys when the problem will be solved?
Why has the yellow bar been removed from the top of the page when the issue hasn't been resolved?
The yellow bar said something about not being able to connect to Legends, and they are working on it.

Agreed. The banner should be brought back and their Twitter account should be providing updates regularly.
Neither of the following sites are providing regular updates.

Does anyone at EA have a clue how to manage user expectations or their respective IT teams that are supposedly "working" on the issue?
It's simple really, they already have your money so they don't care otherwise.
