Hello EA Help, are you there?
Is there any chance of a meaningful update on the progress of resolving the Grid Legends server connection failure?
(5 days and counting).

Hi, thanks for getting in touch.
Sadly there is no meaningful update to share with you at this time.
All we can say is that it is being worked on, and we're trying to fix it as quickly as we can.

I know it's very frustrating, but I guess we've just got no alternative but to wait patiently until EA finally finds the solution.

Same on the PC. It confuses me why a big name such as EA has such an issue with customer service. If you want to contact them, your only options are easily ignored. Not only that, but I'm also sure the majority of us here are paying for subscriptions just to play specific games. If the server is fried and you are working on moving things, just say so.
