Grid Legends Stopped Working Online

Hey there,

I created this thread for you to report this issue. We had a similar thread in the past, but it was very old, so to separate those two issues it will be better to do all the communications on this thread.

When reporting your issue, would it be possible for you to fill this template, please?

    hope the issue of steam players connecting will be fixed as soon as possible, this is a problem on your end

    A agent from EA Arts said that this is an issue on Steam side a they need to fix it. But steam is the ones that are like you can get a refund there is no troubleshooting no agent to help you fix this. I brought the deluxe one for my father for 20 a brought myself the 6 dollar one just to see if it was something on his system that will not allow him to play online. But I got my money back for the basic version not for the deluxe version due to pops played part 2hrs an just noticed he can’t get out online.

    I'm happy this is working back for you. I'm afraid I don't know the cause of the issue as I'm just a CM.
