- @DE4D_L4ST Sorry to answer so late, the problem is that slower players don't have the reflex to move aside to let faster players pass. It often happens to me to stay several minutes behind a player. So sometimes, due to the frustration of not being able to go faster, it happens that the faster pilots force the passage. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not.
I don't want to sound arrogant but I'd say I'm fairly quick online.
Most of the fast guys will generally try to overtake the slower racers quickly but without hitting them. Hitting other racers only really slows you down.
I would suggest you use the braking line assist (if you don't do so already) so as not to brake early for corners. Most often if I hit someone slower it will be because they started braking too early for a corner.
As a general rule you don't want to move out of the way for people. Just be predictable - don't weave around the track, brake when the line says (its correct about 95% of the time). Most importantly don't move erratically while braking - it is very hard to change your direction while braking hard.
Problem is no one likes to be passed in racing games, and some will do almost anything to stop faster drivers from overtaking them. Up front I rarely see quick drivers intentionally take each other out, they usually have an understanding. The aggression comes from lack of time to catch the lead group if stuck behind someone slower, but they don't realize they are holding someone up. Quick drivers usually find a way around the slower driver if they aren't blocked, but with no safety rating in Legends it's open season to be a nob on the track.
