@CM_TGKI can also confirm that the latest patch has restored all of my progress on Xbox to what it was before the reset. Please thank the team for tackling this issue!
Edit: Slight disappointment, my career progress has been restored but my sponsor progress has been reset. I'm going to assume that there's no way to restore this, but it remains to be seen whether or not it'll reset again. Either way, the career progress was more important to me.
I can also confirm that the progress on my Xbox has been restored again. Thanks a lot to all devs and the support team!
Hi! Since 5.0 the progress is working\displaying correctly. For me the sponsors are still bugged, everything is on 0 percent. Also encountered a new one that the track day performance the game do not realize the Alfa Romeos progress, for the final you need to level up the Porsche.
Codemasters Team@CM_TGKcareer progression has been reset again today after restarting and changing the difficulty in the pre-race options screen for the online holiday event. It is definitely linked to something relating to the online events!!

All my sponsorship objectives have reset on opening up the game. I had completed many of them. All my career progress reset too, however after restarting the game it returned. For clarity the sponsorship objectives all remain reset which is really frustrating.
I play the game on Xbox Series X.
Please can you provide a fix for this? My gamertag is: farmerbandit

The same issue, downloaded the Save file from Cloud storage, didnt help
I just lost almost all of my sponsor progress too 😠 Career progress appeared to have been reset, but after restarting the game, the career events were back to normal.
Attempting to complete a single objective for a sponsor doesn't trigger the complete status, as it used to previously when the odd one would show as reset. Now they're almost all at zero again (but linked events are still unlocked from previously completed sponsors)
Things to note:
When I started the game before this bug happened, I noticed it said I required an active EA account. I closed the game and re-opened it, and it said it again, so I just continued any way.
This happened exactly after I completed a carnage event in event creator, to complete the final part of the DLC "Achivee" sponsor. The end screen showed completion of a different sponsors objective. I then went to the Team sponsor page to select a new one, and it shows them reset, and a different sponsor was selected than the one I had assigned.
