Hello.. From today I am unable to start vault event. When I try to start any it shows the loaned car, but when I try to continue it gets black screen and I have to press home button or force stop the game. Can I have some solution? Btw I am using android phone.
I have the same thing, I purchased the extended days for M2 event, when I try and open it, the main screen is black, the icons are still along the top, but I cannot do anything from there. I have close the app and reopen it. I tried to sign out / in of my Game Center, did nothing. I have lost an entire day all ready.
I can't even get into the game. It freezes during loading and the game closes itself. Super **bleep**
Same thing here, I'm on iOS and the game freezes at the main screen after connecting to server!
Same here! I've been dealing with this for a while now—almost two weeks. I've tried everything: uninstalling and reinstalling, logging into my account on another device, restarting my phone… nothing works. I even went as far as resetting my progress, hoping it would fix it, but no luck. I really love the game, so it's pretty frustrating. :(
