If you guys had the same problem, please, upvote this so it gets more and more relevance and hopefully it get fixed sooner!
A community manager even asked us to upload save game files, so hopefully they are working on it!
And by the way, keep playing. Even if your progress is reset, you can still unlock stuff and proceed to next disciplines and tiers
