Semi-Pro > Tuner > Fully Upgraded - Muscle not unlocking in v5.0

Summarize your bug The Semi-Pro Tuner event "Fully Upgraded - Muscle" is not unlocking in v5.0. I fully upgraded the 1967 Mustang Fastback (which satisfied the sponsor requirement) but the event is still locked. I even tried purchasing all of the available upgrades and it is still locked.
Please specify your platform model. Steam
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
In what game mode did the bug occur? Offline Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Deluxe Edition (without the Seneca and Ravenwest Double-Pack), v5.0, take the 1967 Mustang Fastback and complete the Semi-Pro Career Tuner events.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "Fully Upgraded - Muscle" event remains locked, even after you have fully upgraded a muscle car.
What do you expect to see? The event unlocked, since I have a fully upgraded muscle car.

This is very similar to an earlier bug that stopped events from unlocking at Stage 2 and only unlocked when you reached Stage 3. Except that isn't working anymore...

    UPDATE: In the Pro events, I noticed the Fully Upgraded events were unlocking, so I went to Indy, did 10 laps in a different muscle car (the Firebird) and then went back to Semi-Pro and noticed that the muscle event was unlocked.

    I did another 3 or 4 series and it unlocked each time (Pro-Muscle and both Tuner events in Pro). So the issue seems limited to the 1967 Mustang Fastback so far.

    This. Same issue and for some reason doing what you did fixed it! Quick custom race, 10 laps around Indianapolis oval in the firebird, and it unlocked! Very strange bug though, still bugged as of April 23.

    @TronLi Thanks pro isn’t open for me yet so I created a 10 lapper but had to do it twice short on mileage. Again thanks a lot
