Here is a summary of my contact attempts:
- EA Chat - wait for someone to contact you,
- Playstation - they reply once a week so they haven't done anything yet,
- Codemasters - only form of contact is Twitter so I have no respond
- Plaion Poland - they can't help,
- Plaion Support- they were nice and they won't close my ticket until someone from EA or Codemasters give them respond about this problem

can someone please address this? Grid ultimate edition codes still exist out there and people redeeming them now do not get to use most of the functionality of it.
I've had this downloaded on my PS4 for ages, assuming the DLC would work, but I don't have access to any of the DLC cars like the Audi S1 Quattro required for the DLC trophies. EA, we all paid money to get access to all the DLC and the Season stuff just doesn't work, even though it shows I've got all sort installed (from Dirt Rally 2.0)

Any update please? I’ve bought a sealed copy and am unable for the game to see that I have Season 1, 2 and 3 installed now that I’ve installed the game.
