    I'm delighted to share that Microsoft has informed us they have resolved the issue. Providing your console is connected to the internet and is able to download the latest Xbox system update as well as the v2.0 update for GRID Legends that released on May 19th, you should no longer see Xbox shutdowns related to the game.

Car: ginetta g55 GTA

Track: Chicago Wabash run

Game Mode: elimiantion

Camera Angle: bonnet cam

Weather/Time: day rain

Were you playing in 60hz or 120hz mode?

60hz

Were you playing in 4K?

Yes 4k Dolby vision

Were you playing online or offline?

Offline

Related to the above, were you switching from Online to Offline before your race, or the other way round?

No stayed offline

If you were playing online, how many human players (approx.) were in the race with you?

Na

Were you using Flashbacks?

No

Did you play the game using Quick Resume at the time, or do you fully Quit the game after each session?

  • No, I always fully quit a game before relaunching the game. I do not use quick resume feature very much at all.

When the game crashed this time, which of the following were you using?

  • Car:                        Aston Martin Vantage GTE ( happened during the crash on 20 March, but I believe car is irrelevant)
  • Track:                    TBA ( same as above) 
  • Game Mode:    Online/Offline/Story mode
  • Camera Angle:   Far behind ( can see the car fully)
  • Weather/Time: Any

Were you playing in 60hz or 120hz mode?

  • Tried both 60hz and 120hz with the same result.

Were you playing in 4K?

  • No, as I play on gaming monitor which does not support 4K.

Were you playing online or offline?

  • Both.

Related to the above, were you switching from Online to Offline before your race, or the other way round?

  • Can't remember for sure but I mainly play both online and offline. 

If you were playing online, how many human players (approx.) were in the race with you?

  • TBA

Were you using Flashbacks?

  • Yes and No. ( I'm certain however that crashes do happen irrelevant of this selection)
