I'm having the exact same problem. When you chatted with EA did it seem like a fix could in the works?
I chatted with EA about this same issue. They instructed me to uninstall and reinstall the game. Yes, because that will fix a server issue... bunch of geniuses working for EA.
I was told that my issue would be "forwarded to the dev team. They will investigate the bug and fix any issue on their end."

Exactly! Like why haven't they even addressed this with us. I'm assuming they do not even look at this form, even though this is the exact thread that the EA Tech person that I spoke with specifically said for me to reach out in this thread, and it will get fixed.
What else can we do??
Unfortunately, not at all. I'm actually extremely confused as to why nobody from EA has addressed this yet! It has been a week. Very very disappointing.
