Can 2 people in same household play PGA Tour Road to the masters

I'm trying to invite 2 people in the same household to play a private match on PGA tour road to the masters, and it is only inviting one of them.  Do they have to have separate accounts or something?

    I have a PS5 and subscribed to the PlayStation Plus package to connect with others on line, but only one of the 2 people in the same household can join. Do they have to get 2 different PlayStation Plus subscriptions?  What are we doing wrong?
