The game was cancelled by the CEO over a year ago due to lack of sales, it's abandoned. So with no more dev working on the game since then, we have no more support and nothing is getting fixed.
Well that stinks. This sort of thing is why EA Sports titles are 'game pass only' for me.
This is a **bleep**ty situation. I wanted to complain about yet another garbage experience of a playoff (ended up T7 in the tournament although was in P1 playoff, obviously) but good to know! I will be switching to 2K from now on. =)
