Community ManagerIt's possible you're resetting the password for the wrong account. Do you happen to have multiple EA accounts? If not, the best I can advise is to open a case with the account you're posting here with.

Community ManagerIf you're not seeing an option to contact support after that, it's possible you're not choosing an option that has support available. You should be choosing "I need help logging in to my EA account".
I'm sorry, but I'm heading out for the weekend now. I'll have to pick this up with you again on Monday if you're still unable to open a case.
Everything that the other guy experienced, I am as well. This is the most frustrating experience. I bought a bunk Fifa 24 game from you and it's continuously glitching out. Can't play clubs at all, and trying to report a case doesn't work because of this endless loop
can confirm. also getting send in circles atm.
you try to buy something from them and then basicaly have to put in a whole day of work to get what you have already bought.
