You can't, it's controller only at this stage. 3 click is coming later, apparently.
How do u set to use mouse keyboard trueswing ?
tou can play with keybpard. i went under controller tab and it shows preaddress keys through shot keys. also in settings i set the sticks to left stick then you can use the 2 and 8 keys for your swing. hope this helps. I would love to see them bring back the mouse swing. i think it would be a lot better.
There is no using the mouse to swing, only keyboard keys. Every golf game made 25 years ago had a mouse swing but now EA can't figure it out? But as this is a port from a console why would EA bother?

Wanting to use a mouse and keyboard instead of controller like trueswing in pga2k23 is this possible on pc or is it controller only?

Ahh, gotcha. So yes you can however, it has been reported by some players that you may have a bit of a hard time with the keyboard and mouse.
Also. I am swapping this to the PGA boards for you so you will see an update on that as well. Yes, I would not have purchased this if i knew that mouse was out of the question!

You guys released this game on PC but it only supports controllers?, that's ridiculous. Please tell me you're gonna patch mouse swing eventually.
- @EdwardJays i am hoping they do also. Makes it more of what we all want. if we wanted to use controllers we would have bought PS5 or Xbox. come on ea shouldnt be that difficult.

Controller swings don't do it for me
They really need to come up with a mouse swing implementation and add one in. Agreed. No mouse swing, no purchase. I've been waiting years for EA to release another PC golf game as the 2K game sucks... I thought this was it, finally a decent PC golf game... but alas, not this time.
I really can't believe this game was released without giving PC players the ability to swing with their mouse and not allowing any editing of the key bindings. This game has some of the weirdest control settings I have ever encountered and it's pretty obvious that they ported this over from console versions with a fraction of the quality control that was needed.
No mouse swing for PC so stupid. 3 of my friends already refunded because of it!
just bought, haven't even taken one swing and already want a refund. what is this? why even sell this as a PC game?
The menu is suuuuuper laggy. But worse, you can't even use your mouse to swing?? PC gamers want the option to play with controller OR mouse and keyboard. This is insulting. Please fix this.

Late to responding to you here, but hopefully you are well aware from the comments here and elsewhere that 3-click does NOT in any way solve the keyboard/mouse issue. 3-click is an alternate style of play that some like, but many of us are NOT interested in. Yes it "works" with a keyboard, presumably as well as it does with the controller. But NO it absolutely doesn't give players who want the feel of an analog swing a solution for playing with mouse and keyboard.
I'm sticking with 2k23 unless/until EA introduces this feature (analog mouse swing) which righly should have been present from day 1.
