Hi, @Mickstudio1308 Thanks for the feedback on this!

To confirm we do pass on bug reports to our teams to be aware of and investigate further. 

However, we also provide troubleshooting to see if it results in any change to the issue being reported. While personally I don't know what could cause this to happen, if trying different steps results in the issue no longer happening, or makes a change in the frequency at it which it happens might help the team narrow the issue down further. 

While these might seem like they don't relate we do want to try and help resolve the issue, at least in the immediate future, while the team works on fixes long term. From personal experience, a workaround tends to come from trying various steps until something does help.

    @EA_Illium It's ok, the important things is that you forward the bug to the dev team. The bug happen for me at all the 4 round of the tournament. The tee off is very high altitude so when you hit a high shot off the tee it's like the ball goes to high for the game.

    For what it's worth I just gave the hole a try on PS5 and hit a 48° Wedge onto the green without issue. It was obviously too long but I also tried a high lofted 9 iron to see if it hit a limit but it didn't.

    @Mickstudio1308 Quick thought: do you possibly have a really high power player and club spec combination? Just wondering if this might be a factor in you possibly reaching a height limit...

    Hi @Mickstudio1308 I wanted to reach out about this again, 

    Do you know if you're hitting a specific shot type or aimed over a certain part of the hole/shaped the shot a certain way when this happened?

    If you happen to have a video of it I can pass it on to the team.
