Is anything else happening? No. Crashes when initially "Connecting to EA Servers" after launching the game. If I try the disable internet workaround the game crashes anytime I try to launch a game mode (Quick play, Coaching/Training session, etc.)

How often does the bug occur? See above. Anytime a game mode/training/coaching is launched.
How can we find the bug ourselves? See above.

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... tried attaching an IOS phone clip, but it gives unsupported file type error.

Additional Note: I tried the HDR disable workaround, it did not resolved the issue. I read another comment that mentions HDR turns itself back on when launching the game, so I leveraged the Win + Alt + B shortcut to disable HDR while in game. This still led to a crash in the same places.
