I thought I had posted this question but I don't see it in the forum under General Questions.  

My friend and I tried to connect up to play online.  I typed in his EA ID number but no luck.  It said I had no friends online.  Do we use our Steam names?

Can someone post the procedure for playing online?

How do I change the name that is displayed on the forums from my EA ID number?
