Any resolve yet? I’m seriously pissed I paid money for this game and even more so that I paid more money to have it earlier. Even though half the game I can’t access because of this. Ridiculous.
I’ve reset my password multiple times trying to link my PS five account to EA. Every time I do it, it tells me there’s an error and I need to reset my password I can’t get on and set a new case because my EA account is not linked to the PS five so the PGA game or any other, EA game is not playable
This EA help is useless...you can't give us any direct help besides links to click on and obviously none of your links are helping. obviously these issues are bigger and your "simple" solutions of linking accounts together isn't working. It's should be automatic, when a person is signed into their PS5, loads an EA game, that EA recognizes the account or at least has a sign in section instead of some stupid QR code that just wants you to reset your password to the point where you've ran out of ideas to use as a password and remember the damn thing....GET US SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LOOK INTO THE PROBLEMS FURTHER!!! QUIT GIVING US LINKS THAT DONT HELP US!! THIS IS BULL@#$%!!
I've tried everything in this thread. My EA account was linked to my old Xbox, unlinked it, but now can't link it to my PS5 account. When I tried to log in with my credentials for my Ps5, it says password is incorrect. When turning on EA golf, it doesn't even give me the option to try and enter my info, it just asks me to scan the QR code and takes me to the help site on my phone. Super frustrated this is so challenging.
This is what’s happening to me too. I’m furious. Why is this so hard? I can’t even attempt to log into EA on the game.
Seriously this is unplayable and unacceptable if there is a problem than EA should announce something... I don't see the need for me to be online for a game that I pre-ordered and payed a total of $90 for and it broken from the start I'm debating trying to get a refund... just let me play career mode I don't need online

Same issue. I reset my password 25 times and still can't connect.
When will this be fixed? I have followed some of the suggestions on here and amazingly it has actually made things worse. Previously I simply couldn't play this game apart from quick mode because it wouldn't connect to the EA server. Following some of the advice on here I now can't play ANY EA game online. It's an absolute disgrace.
Telling people to unlink accounts, reset passwords and so on just doesn't cut it I'm afraid, it's not good enough.
The funniest thing of all is I didn't even buy this game. I'm trying to play the trial as I'm entitled to as part of my EA Play membership. And I'm seriously annoyed what this is after doing to the rest of my EA games so I can't even imagine how the people who actually spent money on this feel.

If you have the console version, you'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund. If you have the PC version, an advisor should be responding soon.

Is anything else happening? Our accounts are linked in The EA app. Only one of us can play at a time as it kicks the other from the EA network when we both try to connect. The worst part is the first time she booted, she was looking at my character and could not create her own character under her account.
What steps have you tried so far b to resolve the issue? Deleting and reinstalling game software, tried to unlink accounts in EA.com (wouldn't unlink, and not sure thats the issue) Got into a help chat at EA, rep tried to send verification e-mail but e-mail wouldn't come through so he tabled the case.
So sad, wife and I can't play together with our friends like we have been playing Rory for the last 3 years.

After the endless loop of QR screen to change password, i unlinked my PSN info from my old EA account and decided to start from scratch and create a new EA account with my current PSN info and it finally linked. Hopefully this might help someone.
Community ManagerIf you have the PC version and purchased it through the EA App, you can contact an advisor to see if you qualify for a refund.
If you're on the console version, it would have been purchased through the PlayStation or Xbox store so you'd need to contact their support to see if a refund is available.
This is what I am trying to do but can't unlink the PSN account in the EA.com account. How did you unlink the psn account in EA? I can see the accounts I have (2 for 2 Playstations) but need to unlink one of them and it won't let me select one and unlink it.
We used to play Rory with 2 PS4's and 2 Rory disks, both PSN accounts linked to the same EA account, no problem. Now we can't do that with PGA Tour. When she logs on her PS5, it disconnects me from the EA network while I'm playing and starts with my character on her PS5?
Nothing works and this is * garbage
