Then how did the skills get applied because I didn't do it as a matter of fact...I have video from when I went from level 54 to 55...no skill points. I purchased 5750 points (recently) that I used to level up by using the points to unlock pro pass levels. And don't be disrespectful. This isn't my fault.
But you have all the points for a level 56 player. If you got no points when levelling up, you will have got them later. That has been mentioned in this topic already. And you could have used some of those 5750 points you purchased to buy exp boosts in the store, especially the 5x ones. You could have got to level 60 in no time.
Just forget it. This process could be better. Maybe not produce a game that has so many bugs. Perhaps this wouldn't have happened. Definitely not spending anymore money.
I understand your frustration. There are worse bugs in the game, though. The thing is...what you initially complained about is not an issue for you anymore.
So if I level up again and the skill points don't show but they add up like you say based on my level then that's good then? So the player doesn't get to choose how he levels up his character (you seem to keep ignoring this part)? If the game was designed not to allow player(s) to choose how skill points are used, then why have the skill point balance visible at all?
