So far this evening
1 game out of 5 didn’t register as a game played for me in the online 9 hole lobbies. No points.

Here is an example of a couple of online games I played yeaterday. When I beat the entire field of 15 other players, the game awarded zero points and acted as if the entire match never took place. Finished middle of the pack the next game and it deducted points. This cannot be right.

They like to blame everything but themselves. It's their patch that did it and only they can fix it. It will probably take months for these idiots to realize that. It's beyond insulting the generic response we get. It's the exact same troubleshooting they give when you can't connect to EA server or keep getting booted from EA server. I guess they think that applies to issues not even related to that whatsoever. They might as well be asking "Is your system plugged in?' That would be about as useful as the response we're getting. Do they not have anyone competent enough to test it and see for themselves?
