What platforms will EA SPORTS PGA TOUR be available on?

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will be available to play on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via the EA App, Steam and the Epic Games Store.

If buy and download via Steam can I still play or is it, not an option? I want to play but do not have a PC or other gaming system.
