Re: Unable to connect to EA/PGA servers - NEED ASSISTANCE?

Hello EA tech support, I am unable to log in the the EA servers on any of my EA games.  I have checked all the online posts about this and still can’t get anything to work.  I am running PS5 digital games like “The Road to the Masters”. When I select help topics at the help.ea website, I am only able to access the self help option which leads me back to the forums.  I need help from a real human.  I just bought the game and I can’t access a bunch of th game modes because  of this .  Help!

    Ea_Illium,

    please give us something helpful or a resource more useful than these posts.  Again, I can’t even get to an option to email someone or chat.  Self help only which leads me here…

    @f3d5396dc1e15bda I’m the same E A is a joke their help pages just send you around in circles

    The game is unplayable as I keep losing connection to the server

    @abm8465 To confirm are you getting the error "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired" or are you running into connection issues with PGA servers?

    @EA_Illium I am having problems connecting to the ea servers, I can open the game on ps5 it loads up, I start the 4 hole tournament on continue with my career then 10 minutes some times 20 minutes later the message pops up you have lost connection to the ea servers
    I try to reconnect but it never lets me so I close the game a
    As it’s unplayable
