DB: We have 3 times of day for each course to be played. Morning, Mid-Day and Late Afternoon. Weather conditions are not a part of launch. So it will not affect gameplay.

So essentially it's the 360 era all over again weather wise until it comes post launch. No night golf like in 14?

Honestly night golf sounds like a gimmick that I wouldn't personally use, but weather effects would be good.

Depends if lighting * up the green to make putts unreadable. I know 05 had that problem. 14 less so but still noticable for me. 

I can't believe we have no dynamic lighting or weather

That is really disappointing for an exclusively next-generation, all new title
