Season 1 ranking and records missing?

For the attention of any EA employee who views this forum. If you can break the normal pig ignorant EA approach to treating customers, and maybe shed a bit of light with a small bit of dialogue as to why all the Season 1 rankings, stats and records have vanished from every player?

Not a huge thing to ask. If there are issues, no problem and say there are issues. If you have stopped working on the "Live" part of the game, no problem, just say it.  Gamers just want an update.

Although if you have stopped the "Live" part of the game you need to let gamers know as you guys still have in game currency which apparently some players are still buying. And that would mean services are not rendered for these gamers. FRAUD!

So if any EA staff member viewing this grows a pair and responds to any of the messages gamers have posted about this matter it would be appreciated by everyone. Silence is ignorance, the truth is appreciated.
