Your player ID can be found from the settings menu in game, however you won't be able to reach it if you're stuck loading. So I have a few more questions to help us look into this:
- Is 'NORFORD' the player name you are using in game?
- Were you able to play the game before the update?
- Did the app get closed during the initial update, or was the update interrupted?
- Have you linked your account to google play or EA?
- Have you tried any mobile troubleshooting steps yet?
