Hello, problem

Hi! I bought Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. The game won't launch! I've tried everything! I bought it through Steam. It won't launch, I changed my username, and I reinstalled Windows. I updated my drivers, ran EVERY file as administrator, reinstalled the game three times, and verified the integrity of the files five times. I reinstalled DirectX. Help!
