Good day! im a player from the Philippines and i really have good internet but the game wont let me in it keeps on saying "we've encountered an unexpected error." it has been going on and whatever i do i still cannot play it. i hope this concern reaches the team and thank you so much.

p.s. i play other online games and im not facing any trouble such as lag so on and so forth.
