Unable to go into game

Ha....ha... Now can go in but can't go into any level...

Second day, still can't play. Even the support chat also not work... My reward gone......

• What device are you playing on?
• Have you tried any troublehsooting yet?

Hi, no error , just hang with white screen when I try go into a fight. I still able to claim reward , plant flower and upgrade plant.  I had try reinstall but still the same. I tested in both Lenovo tablet and Samsung smart phone but both the same. 

Another day gone, same goes for my rewards. It so close yet so far.... Can see can't fight.
