Hello!
Im experiencing progression bug in PVZ 3 Evolved.
After successfully completing adventure level 100, the gane does not unlock or progress to the next level. Keeps me on level 100, forcing me to replay it repeatedly. Tried uninstalling snd installing it but it doesnt work.
Hope you can help me with this. I woukd really like to continue playing this.

This probably isn't a bug with your phone or save — a lot of people hit the same thing at Level 100.
After the big update in May, Adventure was changed: the old 150 levels were cut down to 75, and the latest update added 25 new ones. So right now Adventure only goes up to Level 100 — there's no Level 101 yet. Once you beat 100, the game keeps you there because that's the end of what's available for now.
Uninstalling won't fix it because it's not a device issue — you've basically cleared the current Adventure content. Hopefully they add more levels in a future update!
