Plantas vs Zombies GOTY cannot activate after purchase
I purshed Plants vs. Zombies: Game of the year Edition trough the EA app. The game appears in library and installs correctly. The game includes a product key in its properties. However, when I enter the product key to activate the game, it says that my computer is not connected to the network, even though I have working internet connection. I have already reinstalled the game and signed in with the same EA account I used to purchase it, but the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Compré Plants vs. Zombies: Game of the year Edition en la aplicación de EA. El juego aparece en mi biblioteca y se instala correctamente. En las propiedades del juego aparece una clave de producto. Sin embargo, cuando introduzco la clave para activarlo, aparece un mensaje indicando que el equipo no está conectado a la red, aunque sí tengo conexión a internet. Ya reinstalé el juego e inicié sesión con la misma cuenta de EA con la que realicé la compra, pero el problema continúa. ¿Alguien sabe cómo solucionar este problema?
