Got banned from gw2 due to a hacker

I legit dont know how to or where to appeal a legit unban request, i tried email but i failed (terribly) and i reached out on the community with the unban tools but even that is taking a long time, i'm getting almost a 2 month on my original account and 3 weeks on the alt of banned days
