  • I did not receive my 100 Gems when my account was renewed. What do I have to do?

  • What payment info? My credit card payment or what shows on my account on POGO?

    @opinion780 Your purchase information, you can get more details about how to gather it by clicking on the link " Purchase Information" I posted above. As well as use the links I shared above to contact support and they will be able to assist you with gathering it.

    @opinion780 To confirm we are unable to grant missing content or investigate the missing content on Answers HQ.

    I marked my post above as the answer, as you need to get in contact with our support team for them to look at your account and assist with missing gems.

    Typically they request you share your Purchase Information, with them to help in investigating the purchase and confirming where your content may be.
