    This looks to be a scam message as it is not how we handle bans. Please do not call that number and do not give them any personal information. You're also welcome to contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can look over your account for any issues.

Absolutely do not give out your name to strangers asking for it. It's very possible that is a scam.
