[Asking for Information] Missing 100 gems for subscription renewal

I received an email to update my credit card to process my renewal. I did this, but then hit "join pogo." 

I should have done this under renewal. I received 20 gems as a new member, but should have received 100 gems and the extra month on my subscription.

Please help me!

    Would it be possible to get the following information?

     

    • Screenname:
    • What device do you play on?
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)
    • Did you recently renew your subscription?
    • What type of subscription time did you renew for?

    you auto renewed my  membership and i did not get any free gems or extra month

    my ANNUAL ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED ON 1/15/2025 AND I DID NOT GET THE 100 GEMS OR EXTRA MONTH. tHERE IS NO PLACE ON EA HELP OTHER THAN HERE TO CONTACT ANYONE IN YOUR COMPANY ABOUT THIS. PART OF THE AGREEMENT FOR MY PAYING AUTORENEWAL ANNUALLY IS THE POGO GEMS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE. WHY IS THIS A PROBLEM AND WHY IS IT SO HARD TO REACH ANYONE IN THE COMPANY WHO CAN FIX THIS!!!

    Thank you for sharing the info we asked for, the team is totally aware of the situation and are actively working to resolve the issue.

    I have not received the 100 gems or the free month extension for my subscription renewal over a month ago. This is the second year in a row this has happened! Last year after a few months and putting in a case about it, I did finally get the gems. If this is going to continue to happen I will not be renewing next year!
