Buying gems

When I try to buy gems this is the response "Please Try Again Your order could not be completed. Please try again later". What can I do to buy gems.

Next I would usually recommend reaching out to your payment provider to confirm the order is not being stopped on their side from secuirty messures.

If not, we would want to speak with our support to see if they can provide more information.

I just tried again and still the same problem. I use Chrome so I tried on Edge and it's the same problem.

I appreciate any help you can provide.
