March 5, 2025. Well, this has happened to me today, also. I have been a member since 2005 and got my 20 year badge. My credit card # is current. Never got any notice of renewal. Also, the information on "My Account" shows me as member as of 2020. What gives? Second time this has happened. Filed case on first time. Thanks for any assistance. username snoflk2005

Hello again...looking at my username and there is a difference.. I think someone has hijacked my account. It is showing username as snoflk2005qh and has a profile picture that is not me. Username should not have the qh after it. Plus I believe I renewed in the last quarter of 2024. email is correct as is credit card info. I was playing alright on night of 03-04-2025 then not on morning 03-05-2025. I have been on auto pay since 2005.

I have been a member of pogo since 2004, my card was correct at the time of renewal however the payment failed I looked into this and the card was correct and had indeed been used to buy gems. I have still not received my 100 gems for renewing and its been so hard to get any help! maybe you can help me many thanks PIGGIN40ISH

My screen name is mcats. NO numbers or other letters etc..I was going to change plan but b4 i got to it , it was auto renew each month. I found myself out of the club and when i tried to renew I was told there was a problem and to report it. I clicked and the the home page of pogo HELP.. No where to type in problems i am having to even search for renewal. And comments have been old. I need help to renew please help. it's simply ,... mcats..... ty vm

User name pergie1 I am getting emails to update my credit card for Club POGO the credit card information is correct.I dont know what the problem is.

Hello! I have been a Club Pogo Member for many years and have never received an email asking me to update my credit card, this does not sound right.
You will get a reminder if your subscription renewal is coming up, but NOT an "update credit card" request.
Please do not click on any links in this email and verify who it is from.
Pogo employee emails are marked as authorized sender. Again, I have never seen an email asking for ""update credit card" requests.
