club pogo

i dont know if anyone can help but i didnt have enough money in my bank when my club ogo was up for renewal on 4th april but since 10th april i have been trying to renew it and it keeps saying use a diffrent payment wich i have by husbands and my sons account but it still wont let me do it i am a 60 year old disbiled lady with depression and club pogo helps me so can anyone help please i have tryed contacting pogo but not very good at that its so confussing please help
