I had the same thing happen to me at the beginning of this year. I was told it was a billing glitch, even though I had checked more then a month earlier, several times, to make sure my newer credit card info had been updated. Apparently that didn't matter, and I was told by the person I chatted with that it was "something that is beyond our limitation".
So, in other words, they were not going to do anything about it, because they don't care about their paying members!
